Answer:   Neches FCU offers several convenient options for making a loan payment - you can make a payment through online banking, through our self-service portal, over the phone at 409-722-1174, or visit a branch near you! Click here to access the self-service portal to pay Neches FCU loans through another financial institution.
Log into your account. Click on your Credit Card Account, select Statements, then click eStatement Enrollment. View the eStatements Page for more information.
If your card is lost or stolen, or if you suspect you're a victim of fraud or identity theft, submit a lost or stolen report online or through our mobile app or by calling us immediately at 1-888-266-0375. We'll put an immediate hold on your card. You'll receive a new plastic card in the mail within 7-10 business days.
If you don't pay your credit card balance in full each month, interest charge will apply. Interest is the cost of borrowing money and is typically expresses as an Annual Percentage Rate (APR). This rate determines how much extra you'll pay when carrying a balance from month to month. Types of APRs You May See:

Interest is calculated based on your average daily balance throughout the billing cycle. The higher your balance and APR, the more interest you'll pay. Making only minimum payments means carrying credit card debt and paying interest on it.

  • Automatic Payments: Set up single or recurring payments from your checking account to ensure your bill is paid on time, every time.
  • Online or Mobile App: Log into your account through our website or mobile app to make a secure payment anytime.
  • By Phone: Call the number on the back of your card to make a payment through our automated system or with a representative.
  • By Mail: Send a check along with the payment coupon included in your paper statement.
  • In Person: Visit any of our branch locations to make a payment directly with a representative.
