We do not have a minimum score, as we consider and weigh all risk factors and circumstances. However, your score will impact the interest rate you receive. In loan decisioning, credit history will always be a contributing factor.

Almost always no, but in the event a hard credit hit does impact your score, it will be temporary and minimal (typically 1-2 points).

Our minimum down payment is 10% for purchases of both primary and secondary homes, and 20% for vacant land. We do not require PMI on any of our mortgage products. Down payment is subject to increase at underwriter’s discretion if multiple risk factors are present. These risk factors include property type, high sale price/loan amount, and overall borrower qualifications.

No. We only offer conventional in-house financing (no FHA, VA, USDA), and we retain the servicing here locally.
