Zelle is a P2P (person-to person) solution that enables members to send and receive money with those that they know and trust.
Members who are at least 18 years of age are eligible for Zelle on their personal checking accounts that have been opened for at least 60 days. Accounts must be in good standing with account information up to date in order to qualify.1
You can send money to family, friends, and others that you trust. Since money is sent directly from your bank account to another person’s bank account, it’s important to ensure you use the correct email address or phone number.2
If you don’t know the person or aren’t sure that you will get what you paid for, you should not use Zelle for these types of transactions.
