Make Online Loan Payments
Beginning November 1, 2025, a processing fee of $4.95 will be charged for all one-time self-service loan payments.
Pay your Neches loans directly from another financial institution! With ACH, prepaid and debit cards, you can make payments up to $2,500. Life is busy, time is valuable; manage your loan payments the easy way!
You can now pay your Neches Credit Card through our loan payment platform. This is a new feature and benefit to our online payment system! Note that the amount you will see in your payment portal reflects the standard payment on your credit card statement, but not any past due amount.
PLEASE NOTE: SWBC payment platform does not accepts credit cards as a form of payment.

**Items/transactions are paid up to $500 for account holders in good standing. If your account is in good standing, defined as:
- Account must be opened for 60 days
- Make regular monthly deposits sufficient to cover outstanding balances
- Positive account balance at least once every 30 days or less
- No outstanding legal orders or delinquent loans over 30 days; including credit card balances
- Must be 18 years or older
- Members must Opt In for the credit union to pay one time debit card transactions that exceed your account balance
In addition to Courtesy Pay, always feel free to utilize our other services that we offer: Overdraft Protection, Line of Credit Loans, Online Banking Services that monitor account balances, and text alerts with low balance notifications.
Fees count against the disclosed overdraft protection dollar limit. Fees charged for covering overdrafts, as well as the amount of the overdraft item, will be subtracted from any overdraft protection limit disclosed. Transactions may not be processed in the order in which they occurred, and the order in which transactions are received by Neches and processed can affect the total amount of overdraft fees incurred. Overdraft fees may be imposed on transactions such as ATM withdrawals, debit card transactions, preauthorized automatic debits, telephone initiated transfers or other electronic transfers if applicable. We pay all checks and debits on your checking account in order of arrival sequence throughout the day. Courtesy Pay should not be used as a source of extra funds, but as a safeguard to protect against unexpected mistakes.
