Online Banking Mobile App Account Deletion

In compliance with Google Play Store and Apple Store requirements, we offer members the ability to request deletion of their mobile app accounts and associated data. This includes both app-specific data and information related to online banking. These changes are part of ongoing privacy and data safety updates from Google and Apple.

If you wish to request the removal of your mobile app account and related data, including online banking data, please contact us at: memberservices@nechesfcu.org. Please type App Account Deletion in the subject line of your email and provide us with a good phone number to reach you.

Once we verify your request, we will begin the process of deleting all associated data from our digital and online banking systems. This data will no longer be accessible to you or any other party. Please note that this process does not close your Neches FCU accounts. Your accounts will remain open and active, and your transaction history will be retained in our core banking system as long as your accounts are active.
